Cancelling a Purchase

We accept cancellations for orders that haven’t been shipped or entered production. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued. We cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Returning Items

Returns are allowed within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in its original state, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please avoid sending your return directly to the manufacturer.

Only one shipping fee is charged (including for returns), and there is no restocking fee.

Refund Timeline

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, you’ll be notified via email. If your return is approved, we’ll refund your payment using the original method within several days.
